What is Cyn Gym CrossFit?

All Boxes have their own personality and specialty.  At Cyn Gym CrossFit our personality is embracing, educating and energetic and our programming is above and beyond the norm!  We believe that humans can do a whole heck of a lot more than they think they can! We believe this philosophy because we see people surpass their expectations every single day. Our athletes are strong in both body and soul and we never settle for "good enough".... We always fight for more and the more we fight and practice the better we get!

Our programming speaks for itself if you are looking to excel in Health and/or the sport or CrossFit.  We have had athletes qualify and compete in the California Regionals in 2012 and 2013 and athletes qualify and compete in the CrossFit Games in 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2017...Thats a lot of accomplishments for one 2600 sq ft box (with a lot of heart) in Rancho Cucamonga!!!  As with anything else, the more you practice and educate, the better you are!! 3,2,1....GO!!!

 Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.
